1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), business profile information provided during Pro onboarding (company details, licensing and insurance identifiers, service areas, review links), move details customers share with their concierge (addresses, dates, inventory media), and usage data about how the product is used.
2. How we use it
To run the marketplace: matching jobs to Pros, preparing quotes, coordinating moves, verifying Pro compliance, sending transactional and lifecycle communications, and improving the product. We use service providers, such as authentication, communications, video, and analytics platforms, to do this on our behalf.
3. What we share
Customers see the business profile a Pro provides (name, reviews, services). Pros see the job details a customer submits, only for jobs routed to them. We do not sell personal information.
4. Retention
We keep information for as long as an account is active or as needed for legal, dispute, and safety purposes, then delete or de-identify it.
5. Your choices
You can access and update your profile at any time, and request deletion of your account by contacting us. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; transactional messages about active jobs continue while a job is in flight.
