Terms of Service
Draft: placeholder pending legal review. Last updated July 2026.
1. The service
Move AI operates a home-services concierge marketplace: customers describe their move or home-service need, and Move AI matches them with independent service providers ("Pros"). Move AI is not the service provider; Pros contract directly with customers for the underlying work.
2. Pro accounts
To receive jobs, a Pro must complete onboarding truthfully: business identity, licensing and insurance details (including USDOT/MC numbers for household-goods carriers), services offered, and service areas. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and current. Misrepresentation is grounds for removal.
3. Job matching
Move AI routes job opportunities based on the services, service areas, and routing rules a Pro configures. Routing is not a guarantee of volume, and Move AI may apply quality, responsiveness, and customer-satisfaction signals to matching decisions.
4. Standards of service
Pros agree to deliver the experience described in the onboarding steps of service: reviewing job details in good faith, quoting from the provided information, honoring accepted quotes, communicating through the process, and completing work professionally and lawfully.
5. Compliance
Pros must hold and maintain every license, registration, and insurance policy required for their trade and jurisdictions, including FMCSA registration where applicable. Move AI may verify compliance at onboarding and periodically, and may suspend routing when verification fails.
6. Fees
Fees, payment terms, and settlement mechanics are set out in the Pro agreement or ordering document in effect between you and Move AI.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Move AI may suspend or remove a Pro for breach of these terms, legal or safety concerns, or sustained poor customer outcomes.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move AI disclaims implied warranties and limits its aggregate liability to the fees paid by the Pro in the twelve months preceding the claim.
